【シャラの木の幹に白くカビのようなものが？対策は？】

庭のシャラの幹に白いカビのような感じのものが付いてきました。
植えてから５年、建物の北側に植えてあり水はけは普通です。
駆除方法に心当たりの方がいましたら教えてください。

おそらくカイガラムシの仲間です。
対策は過去ログを検索してみてください。
