【しだれ梅について】

高さが30ｃｍ程のしだれ梅の木を買ってきました
つぼみが沢山付いていて花も咲き始めました
咲き終わった後の管理方法を教えて下さい
木の頭は切って有りますが、もっと大きく育てたいですし、来年も沢山の花を咲かせたいので肥料、枝の切り方等をご指導下さい
