洋芝の根元に手のひら大の「くもの巣」みたいな白いものがでてきました。原因と対策をおしえてください。

地面に網を張る蜘蛛もいますね。
もし蜘蛛なら殺虫剤を撒くといいんじゃないでしょうか？
