【ヘルシー菜の花】

福井に住んでいるねこといいます。
畑で育てていたヘルシー菜に花が咲きました。
サツマイモは本土では花が咲きにくいと聞いているのですが、
ヘルシー菜は咲きやすい品種なのでしょうか?
ヘルシー菜について知ってる方がいたら、どうか教えてください。

知らない野菜名でした。Google検索したら

ほか、いくつも出てきます。私の大好きな、サツマイモ茎葉を、食べる翠王(葉だけか)などの専用品種ができていたのですね。ありがとうございました。
