【ハイビスカス フラミンゴ】

ハイビスカスのフラミンゴを育てていて、現在３年目の苗です。
最初のうちは、お花が綺麗に咲いてくれていたのですが、最近つぼみが出来てもお花が開く前につぼみの付け根の部分から丸ごと落ちてしまい、落ちてから花開いています。全体の背丈は40センチほどで、液体肥料はこまめにあげています。お花を咲かせてあげるにはどうしたらよいでしょうか？
