【コーヒーの芽が・・・】

もう購入して２ヶ月ほど経ったコーヒーの芽があるのですが、
出かけている間水遣りをせず、帰ってきてから土がカラカラに
なっていることに気がつき急いで水遣りをしました。
葉には問題がなかったのですが、根元が茶色く変色していました・・・
まだ１０センチ程度なのですが大丈夫なのでしょうか？
