【種から植えた矢車菊の茎が曲がって伸びている】

種から植えてプランターに植え替え、花も既にたくさん咲いているのですが、茎が湾曲してしまっています。
育苗ポットからけっこう大きくなった状態でプランターに移植をしたのですが、その際に浅く植えつけたのが原因でしょうか？
他に考えられる原因はありますか？
