大豆とは・・・
枝豆と書いてある種を蒔き、
枝豆として収穫しないで、
サヤが枯れてから収穫したものが大豆・・・
でいいのでしょうか。

若取りしたものが枝豆、枝豆として収穫しないでサヤが枯れてから収穫したものが大豆で良いですが、枝豆と書いてある種は若取りに適した品種です。
